Tom and Lisa Kriskovic moved to Cashmere after 25 years in Wenatchee, WA. They have renovated many homes and properties in the Wenatchee Valley which is what brought them to Cashmere. Prior to creating Brick and Rafters, they

purchased the property next door, The Henry Building. After extensive renovations, The Henry Building is now both their home (they live in the loft upstairs) and a community gathering space. Local residents are delighted to see people enjoying themselves in downtown Cashmere.

When the property next door became available, Tom and Lisa jumped at a new opportunity. Their hard work over the past year has resulted in a beautiful event venue, Brick and Rafters, that respects the history of the building and provides a chic setting for all kinds of events. Tom and Lisa are part of a group of business owners that are changing the face of historic downtown Cashmere.
